CAMP SKY MEADOWS 2012 RATES
Daily Rates - MINIMUM TWO DAY STAY
Campers - ages 5 years old and older $27.50
Children 4 and under FREE
All facilities: First 55 persons (minimum) $27.50
Those above the minimum (56 or more) receive a 35% discount - $18.00
Manzanita: First 15 persons (minimum) $27.50
Those above the minimum (16 or more) receive a 35% discount - $18.00
Case Lodge / Whispering Pines / Cabins:
First 40 persons (minimum) $27.50
Those above the minimum (41 or more) receive a 35% discount - $18.00
Pool charge - per day: $100.00
Campers above the minimums will receive a 35% discount.
DEPOSITS FOR USE OF CAMP
Effective January 1, 2010, the following deposit schedule to reserve Camp Sky Meadows was approved by the Camp Committee:
Manzanita Lodge:
$150 (plus cleaning deposit of $50) = $200
Case Lodge & Whispering Pines:
$300 (plus cleaning deposit of $150) = $450
The Whole Camp:
$500 (plus cleaning deposit of $250) = $750
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Groups canceling their reservation four or more months prior to reservation date will receive a full refund of all deposits.
2. Groups canceling their reservation with less than four months notice, but more than two months notice will forfeit their rental deposit. The cleaning deposit will be returned.
3. Groups canceling with less than a two-month notice will forfeit all deposits.
4. If a camp is canceled due to closed roads or unforeseen camp closure, all deposits will be refunded.
